Methodist MyChart now available

Methodist Hospital has transitioned from My MH Chart to a new electronic medical record application called Methodist MyChart. Methodist MyChart is a simple, secure and convenient way to manage your health care.

With Methodist MyChart, patients can use the internet to:

• Request and appointment
• Ask their doctor a question
• Refill prescriptions
• Check lab results
• View health information
• Pay their bill online

The previous electronic medical record application, My MH Chart, will become inactive beginning on Friday, September 6. All Methodist Hospital patients will need to register for Methodist MyChart in order to access their electronic medical record. Click here for an image with information about MyChart.
