Employee Profile: Shawn (Michelle) Webb

Shawn (Michelle) Webb, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Methodist Family Medicine, Klutey Park, has been a Methodist Health employee since October 2009. She started out in the office of Dr. John McClellan. Upon his retirement several years later, she worked for another physician who took over his practice, then began working at the current location for Shauna Keys, APRN, in 2014. “I love working with Shauna,” Webb said. “I know what she wants before she asks.”

Her duties involve direct patient care, including taking patients back to the exam room, updating their information, taking their vital signs, giving injections and handling any kind of testing that is needed. “The favorite part of my job is the face-to-face interactions,” she continued. “I enjoy the patient contact.”

When asked what she likes about working for Methodist Health, Webb said, “I like everything about my job! I like the management, the people I work with and being a part of a small town environment. I was born at this Hospital and raised in Henderson. It’s my home.”
