Yvonne Davis, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), has relocated to Methodist Family Medicine – Klutey Park located at 471 Klutey Park Plaza Drive in Henderson.
Board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Davis attended the University of Southern Indiana where she received her Master of Science degree in nursing. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Bellarmine University.
Davis has 15 years of experience in family medicine and urgent care and looks forward to taking care of your healthcare needs.
Methodist Family Medicine – Klutey Park is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 270-830-6100.
