Interventional Radiology Services

One of the most applauded services of Methodist Health is our interventional radiology program (IR). IR is a category of minimally invasive procedures that allow doctors to target abnormal areas in the body and apply treatments. A variety of issues can be treated with IR, including cardiovascular disease, kidney stone treatment, and tumor removal. It is much safer than open surgery and highly effective as the doctor can view the area they are treating through high quality imaging devices.
